By accessing or using ReloGrab' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
ReloGrab provides website design, marketing automation, review management, and related digital marketing services for moving companies. Our services are described in detail on our website and during your consultation call.
3. Subscription & Billing
Our services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. You will be billed at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and code of websites built by ReloGrab remain the property of ReloGrab while you are an active subscriber. Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your business content, images, and copy. Website templates, code, and design systems remain the property of ReloGrab.
6. Limitation of Liability
ReloGrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
